Terrible-Nonexistent-shocking service
If I could put a zero I would. I ordered a washing machine on 23 May 2020, the order still hasn't arrived. I called the call center more than 15 times and each time I hold on for 20 minutes and more but no one ever answers the phone. I sent an email on the 29th and no response to date. I sent inboxes on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and no response. I still haven't received my order and I am losing my mind because I feel helpless, there is none to assist me anywhere
