Terrible Makro Service Levels

Absolutely disgraceful service levels from Makro and Wumdrop, the useless courier partner they utilize. I ordered a few items on the 24th of November, with delivery scheduled between 3-5 working days. To this day I have not received my parcel, never-mind a status update or ETA for delivery despite three calls over the period of a week. Each call takes up to 30min to be answered and all Makro keep telling me is that the parcel has been dispatched. There is no reason given for the delay or what the issue is - the link given to me to track my order also does not work and the number for the courier. I will ensure that this message is conveyed on every social media platform so that people know never to order online on Makro.
