Terrible Makro online shopping- Delivery takes for ever

Never make mistake to buy on Makro online.

Ordered TV on 22 November 2018, marked for collection at Makro Alberton until today no whereabouts of order when you call centre.

When I enquired last week I was told I have wait for 10days as today is almost 10th day they have changed the tune.

If you need any item please don't order online just go to their store and join their long queues.

Most of times when I see long queues. at Makro I was surprised why people they don't order online. I was not knowing they have terrible service. The best Makro can do is close online shopping they don't have capacity to do online service. Just to start with their waiting period of the order 7-10 day for available stock it is a joke.

Please send me their CEO email address I need to send him my order MAK ********** so that he can check it for me.
