Terrible Makro online products

Hi! South Africans, please don't buy Makro online products. The customer support is terrible & useless especially things like gas gysers. We are in winter 2 gas gysers from Makro are not working, for almost a month now, there's no response. The call centre people keep on escalating the problem. Makro online is the worst.
