Terrible MAKRO ONLINE experience

Bad service from Makro online... missing product from order with no feedback as to why, It shows up online as everything was delivered.

I ordered a washing machine and some car tyre gel, I received the washing machine but not the tyre gel both are in stock at the local Makro that the order was delivered from I called Makro Online and told them about the missing product they were clueless as to why it was not delivered.

It has been 3 days, and they have not gotten back to me.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THE MAKRO ONLINE STORE... It's better to go in-store.
