Terrible Makro Centurion Service

I have been sending emails, calling through Makro Ceturion and I've also gone into the Makro Centurion Store and I keep being told someone will contact me which doesn't happen. It seems Makro Centurion just doesn't want to refund me back my money. Worse service ever. I am not even sure if Lwando, their manager is getting thee messages or if he's blatantly ignoring me. This is upsetting.
