Terrible Experience with Makro's Delivery Service

I recently had an extremely frustrating shopping experience with Makro. The delivery took more than 2 weeks, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery drivers were not only rude but also incredibly lazy. They canceled my delivery multiple times, causing a lot of unnecessary hassle.

One of the worst parts was when I shared my live location and security pin with a driver, hoping it would make the delivery smoother. Instead, the driver canceled the delivery just 3 minutes later, the last delivery guy, Gopotso is the worst! This level of unprofessionalism and poor service is shocking.

Makro seriously needs to improve their delivery service and train their drivers better. I expected much more from such a well-known brand.
