Terrible experience with Makro online

Biggest mistake I ever made was not check reviews for makro online South Africa! Haibo! It's been over a month and I still don't have my refund 😠I purchased a washing machine and it had a malfunction within the 2 weeks I bought it. My clothes were stuck inside and that took almost a month for them to return, and that was after I had fought with them. The level of negligence is beyond me, to think such a trusted retail store treats its customers like this! It boggles me! I am still waiting for my refund to this day, this matter has dragged since the 7th of June 2024, they have promised to pay by the end of this week, I have emailed and called back and forth, but no one in the finance can tell me why I haven't received my refund and why it's taking so long. I've had very great experiences with other companies regarding refund and customer service in general, I will definitely not say the same with Makro.I am beyond disappointed at this point. I will be taking legal action as I mentioned on my last email, I will not be played like this, that's my money that I work very hard for! And I want it back!
