Terrible Experience with Makro - Faulty Washing Machine and Nonexistent Customer Service

I recently purchased a washing machine from Makro, expecting a seamless experience from a supposedly reputable retailer. Instead I was met with an incredibly frustrating ordeal that has left me questioning how this company remains in business....

First and foremost, the washing machine arrived faulty. One would assume that a company like Makro would have stringent quality checks in place but clearly this is not the case. I was left with an unusable appliance and the inconvenience of figuring out how to deal with it (OH MY GOODNESS!!)

The communication is basically non-existent. I have been reaching out to them constantly trying to get clarity on when they would collect the faulty machine. Still no response or no updates and no sign of a technician to assess the issue. It appears that Makro believes customer service is an optional extra rather than a basic necessity.

In summary, my experience with Makro has been nothing short of a nightmare. Faulty products and dreadful communication from a reliable retailer???? I regret not reading reviews before making a purchase, it would have saved me time and headaches. I sincerely hope others take heed of this review and think twice before making an online purchase from this subpar establishment.
