Terrible experience requesting a quote

i requested a quote from the gqeberha branch via telephone from a sales rep she gave me her email I emailed the details I have not gotten any email saying the request was received or being processed. I called no answer for hours every time I called and when I called back the next day no one else could help me and kept putting me through to the same person whom I never get through because the line drops every time. I am on day 3 calling back excessively with no help and wasting hundreds of Rands in airtime but still no help. Terrible customer service.
