Terrible Experience Makro Woodmead

I bought a bicycle for my daughter in December and the paddling motor of the bike (started acting up) the chain keeps on coming out every now and then and i took back to Makro Woodmead today (23 Jan 2022) when i got there the guy who fixes the bikes told me to book it in at rerturns of which i did, then i asked how long is it going to take to fix it, the frontline ladies told me 3 days, then the guy who fixes the bikes said 4 to 6 weeks thats where the problem started, i asked for a manager a guy by the name of Mike Thipe from came and i explained my problem to him as a manager and he said 6 weeks , and i said thats nonsense and he said nonsense will fix your bike and he said bull**** to me infront of his stuff and he left me standing and the ladies went to call this other lady by the name of Hlengiwe and she said she will call me tomorrow but my bike will be fixed before Friday, very helpful lady, this Mike guy doesnt deserve to be a manager and part of Makro team, i have been having a beautiful experience with Makro up until today, will hate Makro cos of this Mike guy Regards
