Terrible experience from Makro online store.

I had the most unpleasant experience at Makro online store, I made an online purchase for R5400 on the 1st August for projector screens, I was informed 6 days later that they are out of stock. It been 28 days since the purchase. I am not struggling with receiving my refund, I am always told that the ticket that was issued for a refund has not been attended to by the finance department.
