Terrible delivery service with zero after sales service.

Should be 0 rating for there delivery service. This is now the 3rd time a delivery has been late. The issue is there is no way of getting assistance. I even went into the store was assisted by a lady Roseane Booysen whom promised assistance but we have not received this and still waiting on my order. My order number is *** and still waiting for assistance. After getting through to the help line I was then past on to some telly sales with no assistance. This is terrible service and no the 1st time. If they offer a delivery service they should be able to provide it.
