Terrible Delivery Service – Avoid Makro

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Makro’s poor service. I ordered a laptop and was clearly told it would be delivered today, yet nothing arrived—no delivery, no explanation, no communication. This is completely unacceptable. Customers plan their time around these deliveries, and Makro clearly does not respect that. What makes it even worse is the total lack of updates or accountability. Not even a simple message to explain the delay. Makro advertises reliability, but my experience has been the exact opposite. This level of service is unprofessional and shows a serious lack of care for customers. If you cannot meet your own delivery promises, then stop misleading people. Right now, I feel like I’ve been ignored after making a payment, and that is a terrible customer experience. I will seriously reconsider ever buying from Makro again, and I would not recommend them to anyone based on this experience. Do better.
