Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service. The past few months have been nothing but terrible experiences for me. I like ordering from Makro because they have the best deals. But my past 4 orders have been constant inconveniences. The drivers lie and say they've failed contacting me when zero attempts have been made to call me. I am highly disappointed in Makro. I understand a few occasions you might make mistakes but seriously after so so many times I've ordered there and to date you still cannot get it right? I am not happy because I order serious home necessities and I expect delivery to be swift and effortless but I've been getting none of that. No I'm appalled by this. I am very disappointed.
