Terrible delivery service

I am really disappointed with the service I am currently experiencing with Makro.

I placed an online order on the 9th of September 2022, I only received a few of my items and still waiting for the remaining items I ordered. I have called and sent emails multiple times and was promised by one of their agents that my items will be delivered in two days but still haven't received my remaining items up until today.

I am really disappointed with this horrible service received from Makro and wouldn't recommend anyone to use their delivery service.
