Terrible delivery

I have never experienced such incompetence. My delivery took a month for it to be delivered after they had said 2-5 working days. It all starts from the little care they have after the payment has gone through. Looking for help from their call center agents makes it worse cause no-one knows what's supposed to be done. When a delivery isn't made. I even had to use my own airtime to tell them that my package hasn't arrived.

Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about them.
