Terrible customer service online orders

Worst online order experience (the famous couches that earned Makro so many bad reviews)Theres no company that handles online order deliveries worst than MAKRO. There is no tracking number, if there is you can not track your order. I had to phone and demand an update on my order. Eventually learnt that Makro did not inform Value ( courier) to pick up my order for delivery. When order was picked up 2 days later there was no delivery done. No communication, no tracking. I wouldnt advice anyone to buy online by Makro. There is so many bad reviews yet nothing gets done to inprove.
