Terrible customer service

I purchased a television from Makro while it was on sale. At the time of delivery, I did not see the need to open it. However, when I eventually opened it, I discovered that it was broken. To this day, Makro refuses to assist me, claiming it is my fault for not testing the television upon delivery.
