Terrible Customer service

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Makro’s online store, but when I tried to return it, they failed to collect the item. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, but they have not assisted me in any way. Each time I contacted them, they simply stated that my query had been escalated. However, despite their repeated assurances, I have not received any further communication or a resolution to my issue.

It has been extremely frustrating dealing with Makro’s lack of response and action. I expected a smoother return process and proper customer support, but instead, I have been left waiting with no clarity on when my issue will be resolved.
