Terrible Customer Service and Refunding

Terrible Customer Service and Refunding. I’ve purchased a few items online, the first batch I’ve received it. However, the last item I was supposed to receive, I told them to cancel and request for a refund. It’s been over a month and few days since I’ve done that and yet I’m still waiting for my refund. “The money will reflect within 7 - 10 business working days” you’re not being real. I waste my own time and energy for such, and the agents will tell you a lie about they will escalate it and will send me an email regarding feedback. WHAT A JOKE!!
