Terrible customer service and faulty products

Terrible customer service on top of selling low quality products, the stove we bought a month ago started tripping the power and when I logged for a repair they said they would collect on the 30th, the stove is still waiting for them to collect to date and no word from them. When I communicate with them they keep saying they will escalate it to the relevant department but nothing happens. Just save yourselves the heartache and buy somewhere better.
