Terrible customer service, and delivery times

Terrible customer service. after i ordered a laptop, following up with them to get shipping updates, they said everything is fine. after 10 days of holding my money and refusing to give me the supplier details they cancelled my order. the only reason they cancelled it, is because i found the supplier, asked them if they have stock and they said no. So if it wasnt for my findings it still be waiting for my laptop. Absolutely terrible. Highly reccommend that you stay as far away from them as possible!
