terrible customer service after wrong product delivery

Appalling customer service. They sent me the wrong product, I have been trying to get a refund and schedule pick up of the wrong product for almost a month now. Countless emails and phone calls, escalations and promises of resolution have yelded no result. The last agent I talked to stated their refunds department is experiencing a backlog. From the loom of things, it looks more like a complete breakdown.
