Terrible customer service

Buying from makro online is a huge NO, I bought an item and paid for it on the 24th November. I have not received delivery nor have i received feedback, They do not respond to emails, nor do they answer calls on their call center number. Absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend Makro Online to anyone.
