TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered stuff from Makro, I have been wanting to return the items for two weeks now with no success. I wasn’t happy with the items as it looked used, and also later notice that it is Shein products, which is not the problem however it looked used. I have been phoning them at least five times and every time they say that they will get back to me which never happens.
