Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. I am now waiting 4 weeks for a refund. I bought products online and it was out of stock. I received an email to reply with my proof of payment, banking details and ID. I followed up a couple of times. After a few follow ups they told me that my banking details should be in PDF format. I immediately send all the documents again saved as PDF. I waited a few days and the followed up again. Now the escalate my request every time I phone. I asked for a direct number to the finance department. I phoned the number for 2 day. No answer. I just spoke to a lady again at customer service she said I just need to stay on the line she will quickly find out. After 6 minutes of staying on the line they hung up on me. I just want my money back!!!
