Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I DO NOT RECOMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I purchased a mouse and keyboard set and upon opening the mouse was already broken, the right side clicker was stuck in. The item was picked up the following day and its now been 53 days and im still waiting for a refund after calling multiple times with no help, they just tell you to wait another 7 days, I give them two weeks call again and its the same story. They do not reply to any of my emails, their customer service is none existent.
