Terrible customer service

In the past few weeks i have been shopping online for click and collect with makro alberton, their service is terrible, they will updates the order status that it ready for collection but iv been spending more than 40min standing while they only picking an order on my arrival. I did my last order and i was busy with work couldn't collect. Monday 11th of march they called to tell me my order was in for to long so i made arrangements with the consultant to collect that evening but when i got there my order was no where to be found. Tuesday the 14th about 15:56 i recieved an sms that my order was picked up but i never went to the store. I called but all i could hear was excuses and no solution.
