Terrible customer service

Such terrible customer service I placed a review on the 5th regarding an online order that was delivered damaged it's now the 12th no one has made the effort to contact me and resolve this issue. I wish we read the reviews on how poorly they handle their customers before the purchase I urge anyone wanting to buy from them to refrain from doing so
