TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased two Xiaomi Smart Band 8 online and I received a very funny, unfami**** brand going by the name ananas that looks very similar to Xiaomi. I immediately requested for a refund as this is not what I ordered.

Three weeks later Makro hasn't collected the items for refund even after making follow up calls. Makro is terrible at customer service.
