Terrible Customer Service 😑

I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Woodmead Makro and their online department. I've been following up daily on an online order placed on December 28th for school stationery, which was initially promised for delivery on January 2nd. Despite countless inquiries, they kept giving false promises that it would be delivered the "next day," but to this day, there's been no resolution. One consultant even suggested I drive to the nearest Makro for assistance — absolutely unacceptable. The online department seems to take pride in their incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customer service.
