Terrible customer service

I bought a washing machine online and paid for it.

I have been calling the call centre for the past week and they claim to be transferring me but they do not assist me at all.

This is completely unaceptable and I feel as though I am being ingnored. You advertise products because you want to sell them, when they are bought you dont deliver, What is this?
