Terrible customer service
I bought a washing machine online which was delivered with a crack and my order is still showing as processing so I could not log a return, however, I sent an email requesting for a return over a week ago and I have not received feedback even now. Makro online has the most terrible customer service ever. I also have another case of exchanging a fridge that I have been trying to resolve since the end of march. Makro is terrible and I think it’s time to learn my lesson and stay away for big purchases.

10 Jul 2023, 19:13I was promised that they will arrange and come to fetch their washing machine and fridge and issue me with a refund but it’s been almost a week of no further communication. Can I kindly get my refund and then you guys will come and fetch your goods when you are ready. I bought a washing machine over a month ago but I still have to handwash because they delivered a cracked washing machine. I need my money so that I can buy a washing machine somewhere else. I will think twice before making big purchases from Makro going forward because their customer service is a nightmare.
