Terrible customer experience from Makro online

I recently place an order of a few thousand rand on Makro online. The experience was terrible. I received no confirmation of order, no invoice and my delivery arrived in drips and drabs. Courier also phoned me from an incorrect delivery address. One of the products was incorrect and I had to return and ask for refund. Received no notification that courier was coming to collect. I have spent in excess of an hour to try and get an invoice from them, with no result. Get passed from pillar to post, Also their online records reflect that I have not placed any orders in the last 30 days, but they were quite happy to take my money.................would not recommend ordering from them unless you want endless frustration
