Terrible customer care

I'm so disappointed. I've been receiving poor communication ever since I opted for a refund for a faulty item that was sent to me. Over the past three weeks I've been getting the same message when I call the online store, that the matter has been escalated, that I'd get a call from the accounts section to no avail. My online order number is #MAK***
