Terrible Courier service from Makro

Bought online and delivery was split in two; Courier for first delivery was extremely unprofessional. They didn't have a list of addresses for their deliveries (phoned me to find out my address and then phoned me from the wrong address to tell me to collect my order). When finally arriving they didn't know which order was mine. They started downloading and handing me all kinds of orders which was clearly not mine. I had to tell them what I ordered and go and look in their truck for my order. They didn't have any form of delivery note to sign with them to prove that they delivered the full order. I feel sorry for the other people on their list waiting for their deliveries. I don't know where Makro get their couriers but this is the 2nd time I have had problems with their on-line service and courier delivery. Comparing to other large companies also delivering goods, Makro is extremely unprofessional and I would advise anyone against online shopping at Makro
