Terrible courier service

The product was fine, but the delivery process has been the worst experience I have ever had from online shopping. I was not notified that product was out for delivery and that it was delivered by the couriers. I received an email telling me my product was delivered, so I called the Makro customer care, and was told that my product was delivered to the wrong person. 2 days later, I was informed that my product had been delivered, but it was given to the security in the complex (whom did not inform me).
