Terrible care service

At the start of November I was looking online for some boxing gloves.

I saw that Makro ottery had a pair that I needed for R249. I was excited as that was a great price for the product I wanted.

I later went to the store, I ran in (didnt have much time) and grabbed the size that I needed and went to pay. I assumed that they were the same price as the ones on the website as they were the same product. When I got to the till, there was an issue. I asked the lady and she didnt know what I was talking about, so I just bought them for R399, much to my horror.

I thought that I could email the online care center and that they would be able to help me sort it out.

It has taken all this time for them to finally realize that the system was wrong and I was in fact charged incorrectly. After all this back and forth, there was no conclusion, no I'm sorry for the run around, all I got was "you need to go to the store to deal with the issue". No details, no nothing. I am so frustrated with the service that I have received from the online care center and the person I was dealing with, Doctor.

I would like the difference to be refunded to my account, or for there to be something set in place so that I can go to the store and get a refund. I dont want to have to have this fight again with someone else. I am done now. It is your turn to pull finger
