Terrible and unreliable service

I made an order online and it's been 3 weeks I haven't received When I track my order it states its been delivered but nothing on my sidd I'm also due for a refund for the items not available and its been 19 days for that too... The service is terrible

Why is it that you now want to refund the money when I asked for a voucher, clearly you have no idea where my order went...
I want a voucher as it'll be quicker For Me, stop telling me about a refunded I'm not prepared to wait another 19 days
And it's funny how your company keeps sending delayed emails... And can't give a call
I want my voucher emailed to me asap
