Terrible after service and warranty

I Purchased a 75 inch skyworth tv Tv Started giving problems and not working anymore First email and call to them was on 2nd December 2023 It took them 2 months 2 pick up the tv to test and repair After 3 weeks tv comes back but it’s same tv still not working Now we in Month 4 already waiting for the tv To be sorted or refunded This Service is off the worst standard Can’t believe it from a company the size of makro
