Terrible after sales-service

Absolutely terrible and inefficient service. I placed an online order with Makro and upon receiving my order realized that they have given me the wrong items in 1 of the boxes. I then contacted their customer care line and reported their mistake. I was told by the consultant that i would receive a call from the store manger concerned within 24-48hrs. It had now been 5 days and I have still not received my outstanding order. Instead of helping me, they are now questioning me as though their mistake was my fault!!!! The attitude and behavior of the Makro staff is disgraceful.... I will never again shop at Makro let alone suggest them to anyone else.
