terrible after sales

On 26th April 2022 I purchased a mig welder from Makro online store. I received the order about a week later which was fine. However when I unpacked the order I discovered that there was an item missing. I contacted Makro the same day and informed them of the issue. I received an email stating that they were going to contact the dispatch and resolve the issue. I waited for two weeks with no response. I then sent two seperate emails to customer care with no response either. To date I have not received any response from Makro department with regards to this order or issue.
