Terrible

This whole experience has been absolutely terrible.

I ordered this on the 30th of July. I’ve spoken to Mbali who stopped replying my emails, Sifiso who is a manger that never returned my calls or emails and Ashley who apparently escalated my situation but didn’t.

I requested my case be escalated several times but that appears to have not happened.

Terrible service, communication and easily the worst experience.
