Television more in for service than I have it

i am very disappointed in this television and the service providers SINOTEC uses!

Television was bought at Makro Montaque Gardens, Cape Town. I have/had other Sinotec televisions but this one is the worst. Last year I have sent it in March 2020 for a repairs due to a defect. I received it back in June, then again the same defect in October. I received it in November, today it is in again. The first time the top half of the screen was dark, the second time the same when I received it back I noted that the WIFI was not working, now the bottom half is not working.

I bought this television with a 5 year warranty but it has been in for repairs in a 7/8 month period 3 times already. Why only this television and not the others?
