Taurus iron spends more time at Makro repairs then me actually using it.

I have had to send my Taurus iron in twice for repairs at your Cape Gate store.

This Taurus iron comes with a 12 month warranty but has spent 4 months at Makro repairs.

I have contacted the supplier who has advised that I should be refunded as the steam iron cost more than R2000. This doesn't even include my travelling expenses travelling to and from your repairs store.

Kindly advise who I can contact as I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks to get hold of your Ottery store.
