Taking too long to repair bicycle.

I dropped my bike off at Makro Centurion, to have from shocks repaired/replaced. I was given repair number ***. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to have the bicycle repaired, I called earlier today (09/02/2015) only to be told that the bike is still sitting at Makro it hasn't been collected to be repaired. I am missing out on a lot of training for my 94.7 challenge due to this. <br> Can someone please do something because each time I call, they promise to call me back with an update and nothing happens. I am at my wits'end with the ****py service
