Taking time out for great service

We Bought a Camera and a Monitor from Makro on the 16th of Dec. Carlo's went above and beyond to explain to us the different ranges in cameras so we could make an informed purchase decision. He also enquired about what we hope to use it for and advised us on better purchase, when he understood our needs. Lastly and most importantly he gave us a little crash course on how to get the most out of the camera we're puchasing. <br> <br> We were extremely happy with our purchase and extremely impressed with Carlos service. Going well above and beyond. We could see he enjoys photography and his passion shows in his work at makro.<br> <br> He was also patient and kind when we asked him to explain certain features in greater detail.
