Taking money and not supplying goods!!

I tried to purchase items on-line at Makro. Made payment via instant EFT which immediately reflected as paid on my account but Makro is still "awaiting payment". Contacted customer care and they sent a mail asking for me to send PoP which id did immediately. Over a week has gone by with zero response even after repeatedly resending the PoP. Please address soonest.
