Taking customer service to new lows

Seems the only way to get any action from Makro is HelloPeter…..

On 10 June 2023 they responded to my previous HelloPeter rating that my refund request was approved and processed. Got the first call in response too. Needless to say no refund has been forthcoming and they finally processed the order….. I really thought I had experienced bad customer service before, apparently I had no idea….
